There's no contract, no signup fee, and no fuel surcharge. If your yard hasn't been cleaned in the last two weeks, your first visit is a one-time clean-up, priced on your yard's size and condition. You'll have that number before we begin, and after that first visit you're on the regular weekly rate above with nothing else added.
What determines your price
Three things: how many dogs you have, how often you'd like us to visit, and the size of your property.
The number of dogs is the straightforward part. Two dogs produce roughly twice the volume of one, and four dogs turn a fifteen-minute visit into a considerably longer one.
Frequency matters because a yard we service weekly stays at a comfortable baseline, and one we service twice a week never gets close to needing catch-up work.
Property size matters because a bigger yard is simply more ground to cover. The rates above reflect standard residential lots, which covers most of the homes we service. If your property is larger, we'll price it for the time it actually takes and walk you through that number during the quote.
Why we ask about your yard
When you request a quote, we'll ask about the size and layout of your yard. Here's what we do with that, because we'd rather explain it than leave you wondering.
It helps us quote you accurately. Our standard rates fit standard residential lots. A larger property takes longer to walk, so we price it for the time it takes rather than guessing high on everyone to cover it.
It sets your first-visit quote. That initial clean-up is priced on your yard's size and condition, since a yard that's a week behind and one that's a couple of months behind are genuinely different jobs.
It helps your technician arrive prepared. A quarter acre with mature landscaping, a slope, three sheds, and a deck to check beneath is a different assignment than a flat rectangle of lawn, even with the same one dog. Knowing that ahead of time lets us plan a realistic route and give your stop the time it deserves.
It also helps us do the job right from day one. If we know about a wooded back section or a fence line with a woodpile along it, those spots are part of the search pattern from the very first visit.
So when we ask about your yard, we're really asking so we can quote you honestly and do good work. Whatever it comes to, you'll know before we start.
Other things that can affect your price
- Front-yard service. Our standard visit covers the fenced area where your dog spends its time. We're glad to include the front yard as well, and since that's additional ground, it may carry a small extra charge.
- Five or more dogs. With that many, our standard rates stop doing the job justice, so we'll put together a custom quote. Just give us a call.
- HOAs, apartments, and commercial properties. These are priced per community rather than per household. We handle common areas, pet waste stations, trash service, and deodorizer treatments.
Why twice-weekly service costs less than two individual visits
Compare the one-dog rates. Weekly service is $19. Twice-weekly service is $29 rather than $38.
That second visit effectively costs $10 instead of $19, for two reasons. We're already on your street that week, and a yard we cleaned three days ago takes less time than one that's gone a full seven days in August heat.
If you have two or more dogs, or a smaller yard that fills up quickly, twice-weekly is usually the better value per dollar. We'll point that out during the quote, even when the recommendation means you spend less.

Once a week is our most popular plan and the right fit for most single-dog households. It keeps your yard at a comfortable baseline year round.
Twice a week is the better choice for multi-dog homes, or smaller yards where things add up quickly. As you saw above, that second visit costs less than the first, so it's often better value than it looks at first glance.
